Terms
of Use

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Made in Heaven Agency Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the Made in Heaven Agency website and related services (the "Service").

Article 2. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.


1. "Service" means all services provided through the website operated by the Company, including artist information, booking inquiries, event planning consultation, and member management.

2. "User" means a member or non-member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. "Member" means a person who registers by providing personal information to the Company and may continuously use the Service.

4. "Non-member" means a person who uses the Service without registering as a member.

5. "Booking inquiry" means a consultation request submitted by a user for artist booking for performances, events, advertisements, or similar purposes.

6. "ID" means the email address approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

7. "Password" means a combination of characters, numbers, or symbols set by the member to confirm identity and protect personal information.

Article 3. Display, Effect, and Amendment of Terms

The Company posts these Terms on the Service or a linked page so that users can easily review them.


The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. When amended, the Company will announce the effective date and reason for amendment at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days before if the amendment is disadvantageous to users.


If a user does not agree to amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and terminate the agreement. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.


Matters not specified in these Terms follow applicable laws and service-specific notices provided by the Company.

Article 4. Services Provided

The Company provides the following services.


• Artist profiles and portfolio information

• Performance, event, and advertising booking inquiries and consultation

• Artist comparison and recommendation services

• Member-only My Page and inquiry history services

• Event portfolio information

• Other services determined by the Company


The Company may post or separately notify details on service content, usage methods, and usage hours. The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will notify users of material changes in advance where necessary.


The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, year-round, except where temporary suspension is necessary due to maintenance, expansion, replacement, or other technical reasons.

Article 5. Membership Registration

Users may apply for membership by entering member information in the form determined by the Company and indicating agreement to these Terms.


The Company may refuse registration or terminate the agreement afterward if the applicant uses another person's name, provides false information, omits required information, is under 14 without legal representative consent, previously lost membership qualification, or fails to meet requirements determined by the Company.


The membership agreement is formed when the Company's approval reaches the user. Members must promptly update changed member information, and the member is responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to update information.

Article 6. Service Use and Booking Inquiries

Booking inquiries are processed in accordance with these Terms and usage conditions determined by the Company.


When a user submits a booking inquiry, the Company reviews the details and proceeds with consultation. Submission of an inquiry does not by itself form a contract.


An actual artist booking contract is formed through a separate written contract between the Company and the user, and the contract prevails over these Terms if there is any conflict.


Schedules, appearance fees, contract terms, and other conditions may vary depending on consultation with the artist or the artist's agency. Users must provide accurate information, and users are responsible for damages caused by false information.

Article 7. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following acts.


• Providing false information during registration or profile changes

• Using another person's information

• Modifying information posted by the Company without authorization

• Transmitting or posting prohibited information such as malicious programs

• Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

• Damaging reputation or interfering with business of the Company or third parties

• Distributing obscene or violent content

• Using the Service for unauthorized commercial activities

• Collecting or providing artist information to third parties without authorization

• Violating applicable laws or public order


Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, service notices, and usage guidance. Members must not disclose or transfer their ID or password to others and are responsible for damages caused by negligent management.

Article 8. Company Obligations

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and endeavors to provide stable service.


The Company establishes security systems to safely process personal information and complies with its Privacy Policy. If a user's opinion or complaint regarding service use is justified, the Company will handle it and guide the user through the process.

Article 9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Copyrights and intellectual property rights to artist profile images, videos, introduction text, logos, and other content posted in the Service belong to the Company or respective rights holders.


Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent from the Company.


The Company may use content posted by users within the Service for service operation and improvement. Users are responsible if content posted by them infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Article 10. Management of Posts

Copyright in posts created by users belongs to the author of the post.


The Company may delete or restrict posts without prior notice if they defame others, violate public order, relate to criminal acts, infringe intellectual property rights, mislead users with false or exaggerated information, or violate applicable laws or service policies.


Copyright in posts created by the Company belongs to the Company, and users may not use them without authorization.

Article 11. Restriction and Termination

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operation, the Company may restrict service use through warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension.


When restricting or terminating use, the Company will notify the user of the reason, date, and period by email, text message, phone, or other method. Users may object to restrictions, and the Company will resume use if the objection is found reasonable.


Members may terminate membership at any time through the Service or customer center. After termination, member information is retained or destroyed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

Article 12. Privacy

The Company endeavors to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.


Protection and use of personal information are governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for personal information exposed due to reasons attributable to the user.


Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information held by the Company, and the Company will handle such requests without delay.

Article 13. Fees and Payment

Basic services provided by the Company, such as artist information browsing and booking inquiry submission, are provided free of charge.


If the Company provides paid services, service fees and payment methods will be posted separately within the Service. Artist appearance fees, commissions, and other booking-related costs are subject to separate contracts between the Company and the user and are outside the scope of these Terms.


The Company may change paid service fees according to applicable laws and Company policy and will notify users in advance when necessary.

Article 14. Damages

The Service is generally provided free of charge, and except where specifically required by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from service use.


If a user violates these Terms or causes damage to the Company through unlawful acts, the user must compensate the Company for all damages, including legal costs.


If a dispute arises between a user and another user or third party during use of the Service, the user must resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and hold the Company harmless.

Article 15. Disclaimer

The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision in cases such as force majeure, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, fire, or explosion; service interruption due to user intent or negligence; information or results exchanged between users or third parties; disadvantages caused by false information or misuse; or damages caused by unlawful access or hacking by third parties.


The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties. The Company endeavors to provide accurate artist information but does not fully guarantee its accuracy or reliability.

Article 16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes between the Company and users arising from service use shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction for disputes between the Company and users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 17. Notices and Miscellaneous

Notices from the Company to users may be made by email, service notices, or other reasonable methods, and are deemed notified 7 days after posting or sending unless otherwise required by law.


If a user does not agree to part of these Terms, the Company may restrict the user's use of the Service. Terms not defined in these Terms are interpreted according to service-specific guidance and applicable laws.
